All plans are accessed through the Akxellera app, ensuring you have everything at your fingertips.

One-off plans are ideal for those seeking standalone guidance, while subscription packages are best for those wanting long-term support with regular adjustments.

One-off plans provide a tailored workout and/or nutrition plan designed for you to follow independently. They include access to the Akxellera Community WhatsApp group for peer support, but they do not include weekly adjustments or direct coaching.
Yes, you can upgrade to a subscription package at any time to gain access to weekly updates, direct coaching support, and plan adjustments.
All plans, whether subscription or one-off, are accessed through the Akxellera app. This app allows you to view your plan, track your progress, and communicate with us. If you experience any issues, simply shake your phone, and the built-in AI assistant will help you troubleshoot or guide you to the right support.
Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription with prior notice (please see T&Cs). However, we recommend committing to at least three months to see significant progress.
Not necessarily. We can create home-based workout plans tailored to the equipment you have available. Whether you work out at a gym or at home, all plans are designed to fit your preferences and are delivered via the Kahunas app.
No problem! We accommodate dietary restrictions, preferences, or medical conditions. Detailed nutrition guidance is included with all plans, and subscribers receive ongoing support for adjustments.
Plan updates and refinements are included exclusively with subscription packages, based on your progress and weekly check-ins through the app.

Providing blood test results is optional but can greatly enhance our ability to tailor your plan effectively. You can upload them during the application process or email them to us later.
