If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I’ve never been particularly interested in pretending fitness is simple.
I’ve trained for years. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve pushed when I should have rested. I’ve dealt with gyno, surgery, injuries, confidence issues, periods where everything clicked and periods where life made consistency feel almost impossible.
I’ve also spoken openly about subjects that a lot of the fitness industry either sensationalises or refuses to talk about properly, including steroids, PEDs and peptides.
Akxellera has grown out of all of that.
Not from having a perfect fitness journey, but from actually living through one.
Fitness looks very different when real life gets involved
It is easy to tell someone to train five times a week, hit their macros, sleep eight hours and stay consistent.
It becomes a lot harder when you work shifts.
Or have children.
Or get injured.
Or lose a huge amount of weight and suddenly your body and goals are completely different.
Or you hate taking your top off because of gyno.
Or your motivation disappears.
Or something happens that means the plan you were following simply does not fit your life anymore.
That is the side of fitness I care about most.
Not what somebody could achieve under perfect circumstances.
What can we actually make work with the circumstances they have?
That is why our message has become:
Accelerate your full potential... when life isn’t perfect.
Akxellera is becoming more than coaching
When we first started building Akxellera, coaching was naturally at the centre of everything.
It still is a huge part of what we do, but I’ve realised that helping somebody make progress does not always mean they need full 1 to 1 coaching.
Sometimes you need somebody personally involved in the process.
Sometimes you just need a proper plan.
Sometimes you need an answer to one very specific problem.
And sometimes the solution is something ridiculously simple that makes part of your routine easier.
That is what we’re building Akxellera around now.
Coaching. Targeted Plans. Practical products. Honest content.
Different tools for different problems.
Coaching for people who need a person involved
Our 1 to 1 coaching is the most personalised side of Akxellera.
Your training and nutrition are built around you, but the biggest difference is what happens afterwards.
You check in.
I look at what is actually happening.
We adjust.
Maybe progress has stalled.
Maybe work has gone crazy.
Maybe your training needs changing.
Maybe something hurts.
Maybe you have had a terrible week and what you need is not another set of instructions, but somebody helping you work out how to get moving again.
That relationship is what separates personalised coaching from simply buying a programme.
Your training, nutrition, progress tracking, check ins and communication all sit inside the Akxellera App so we can actually see the journey developing rather than guessing.
But not everybody needs 1 to 1 coaching
This is why I’m particularly excited about our Targeted Plans.
There are so many people who know what they are struggling with but have no idea what to do about it.
They do not necessarily need me reviewing every week of their life.
They need a focused route forward.
Maybe you have gyno and want to build your chest while becoming more confident with your physique.
Maybe you have lost a lot of weight, including through GLP 1 medication, and now your focus is rebuilding muscle and strength.
Maybe you have a wedding or holiday coming up.
Maybe you want to get back into the gym after years away.
Maybe you want to do your first proper gaining phase without turning it into an excuse to eat everything in sight.
The more specific we can make these plans, the more useful I think they become.
One problem. One goal. One focused plan.
You still get the Akxellera App, structured training, relevant nutrition guidance, progress tracking and weekly check ins.
You just do not need to pay for a level of individual coaching you might not actually need.
I’m not going to suddenly stop talking about PEDs and peptides
If you followed my old content, you’ll also know I’ve been open about my own experience with performance enhancing drugs and peptides.
That is not disappearing.
I do not think pretending these things do not exist helps anybody.
They are already part of bodybuilding, gym culture and increasingly mainstream conversations around performance, recovery, body composition and longevity.
I would much rather talk honestly about my experiences, including what I think I got right, what I got wrong, what I would approach differently and where the risks are.
That does not mean telling everybody to use something.
It definitely does not mean pretending there are no consequences.
And it does not mean replacing proper medical advice.
There is a huge difference between education and encouragement.
If somebody has already made decisions around PED use, I would rather they understand that training, nutrition, blood work, risk management and knowing when to involve an appropriate medical professional still matter.
There are also plenty of things I would never recommend somebody blindly copy just because I have personally tried them.
My experiences are exactly that... my experiences.
Akxellera will continue talking about these subjects honestly without turning them into miracle solutions or pretending fitness begins and ends with what somebody injects or takes.
The products are probably the part I’m most excited to build
This might sound strange coming from a coach, but I genuinely love finding little products that solve annoying problems.
There are things I use all the time now that I would never have thought to search for until somebody showed them to me.
Training accessories.
Recovery tools.
Things that make meal prep easier.
Things that make travelling to the gym easier.
Things that help organise your day.
Products that solve stupidly specific problems that should not matter as much as they somehow do.
That is what I want the Akxellera Store to become.
Not a giant catalogue of random gym equipment.
A collection of things we actually think are useful.
Some will be products I already use regularly.
Some will be things Hannah uses.
Some will come from problems we have experienced ourselves.
And as the community grows, I want more of them to come from problems you tell us about.
If something makes a routine easier, removes friction or solves one annoying little problem that repeatedly gets in the way, I think it has a place here.
Sometimes the smallest barriers matter
It is easy to think fitness success comes down to motivation.
I think environment matters far more than people realise.
If preparing food is annoying, you are less likely to do it.
If your gym bag is permanently chaos, getting ready becomes another task.
If you have no idea what workout to do, going to the gym becomes harder.
If every setback makes you think you have failed, restarting becomes exhausting.
You can tell somebody to be more disciplined.
Or you can start removing the reasons doing the right thing feels unnecessarily difficult.
That idea connects everything we are building.
The coaching.
The plans.
The products.
The content.
I want Akxellera to talk about the awkward stuff too
Gyno is probably the clearest example for me.
I know what it is like to change what you wear because of your chest.
To think about how a T shirt sits.
To become incredibly aware of something other people might barely notice.
I eventually had surgery, and even that taught me lessons I wish I had understood beforehand, particularly around recovery and trying to do too much too quickly.
Those experiences have changed how I support somebody else going through the same thing.
And there are loads of other subjects like that.
Major weight loss.
Loose skin.
Body confidence.
Injuries.
Digestive problems.
Sexual health.
PED use.
Losing motivation.
Feeling intimidated by the gym.
Having a complicated relationship with food.
Fitness content often reduces everything to training and calories.
Human beings are considerably messier than that.
I want Akxellera to be useful in the messy parts too.
What I want Akxellera to become
I do not want Akxellera to become another fitness website shouting that we have discovered the secret everybody else missed.
We haven’t.
Most of the fundamentals of making progress are not particularly mysterious.
What is difficult is applying them consistently to an actual human life.
So when you come to Akxellera, I want you to be able to find the level of help that makes sense for you.
Maybe that is full 1 to 1 coaching.
Maybe it is one of our Targeted Plans.
Maybe it is a £20 product that solves something you have been getting annoyed about for six months.
Maybe it is a video where I talk openly about something you were too embarrassed to ask anybody else about.
Maybe it is an article that makes you realise the setback you are dealing with does not mean everything is over.
That is Akxellera.
Real experience. Real problems. Practical ways forward.
We are still building it, and there is a lot more I want to add.
But I’m genuinely excited about where it is going.
Welcome to Akxellera.
