Some product images are digitally created to give the Akxellera store a consistent visual style. We aim to represent products as accurately as possible, but colours, packaging, proportions or minor visual details may differ from the item supplied.

Products are subject to availability.
In some cases, stock availability may change after you place an order. If we are unable to supply an item, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or suitable alternative.
Third Party Products and Fulfilment
Some products available through Akxellera are manufactured, supplied or dispatched by third party suppliers and fulfilment partners.
Your order may therefore be dispatched directly by one of these partners rather than from an Akxellera warehouse.
Regardless of who fulfils the order, your purchase is made from Akxellera and we remain your point of contact regarding your order.
Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The price shown at checkout is the price you will be asked to pay, together with any applicable delivery charges or other clearly disclosed costs.
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. If we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange any refund that is due.
Please check the information you provide during checkout carefully before completing your purchase.
Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your full payment card details.
Delivery
We currently deliver physical products within the United Kingdom.
Delivery options, estimated timeframes and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy and displayed where applicable during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we specifically agree otherwise.
Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel eligible online purchases, return products and receive refunds are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
Targeted Plans
Targeted Plans are structured fitness programs designed around specific goals or challenges.
Depending on the individual plan, they may include training, diet and nutrition guidance, supplement plans, progress tracking, check ins and access to relevant resources through the Akxellera App.
Targeted Plans are available through a monthly subscription. The current subscription cost, features and details of available plans can be found on our Coaching page or will be clearly shown before you subscribe.
Targeted Plans are not the same as personalised 1 to 1 Coaching. They follow a structured program and do not include individual program changes or personal coach feedback unless specifically stated as part of the plan.
1 to 1 Coaching
1 to 1 Coaching is subject to an application and assessment process.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that coaching will be offered.
If your application is accepted, we will assess your goals, circumstances and the level of support required before recommending an appropriate coaching arrangement.
We will explain the level of support provided and the applicable monthly subscription cost before you decide whether you would like to proceed.
Additional coaching terms, onboarding requirements or agreements may apply before coaching begins.
The Akxellera App
Targeted Plans and 1 to 1 Coaching are delivered through the Akxellera App.
Depending on your service, the app may provide access to training programs, exercise demonstrations, diet plans, nutrition guidance, supplement plans, progress tracking, check ins and supporting resources.
The features and level of personal support available depend on the service you have chosen.
Access to the Akxellera App required for an active Targeted Plan or 1 to 1 Coaching service is included as part of that service unless stated otherwise.
App access and associated content may end when your subscription or coaching service ends.
Subscriptions
Some Akxellera services are provided through recurring monthly subscriptions.
The subscription cost, billing frequency and any minimum commitment will be clearly explained before you subscribe.
By starting a recurring subscription, you authorise the relevant payment provider to collect the applicable subscription payment at the stated billing frequency until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.
Information about cancellation and any applicable notice requirements will be provided before you subscribe.
Fitness and Training Information
Fitness programs, exercise information and other training content provided by Akxellera are intended for general fitness and educational purposes.
Exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for considering whether an activity is appropriate for your individual circumstances and abilities.
If you have an injury, medical condition, unexplained symptoms or concerns about your ability to exercise safely, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program.
Diet and Nutrition Information
Diet plans, calorie or macro guidance, meal suggestions and other nutrition information provided by Akxellera are intended to support your fitness and lifestyle goals.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian where appropriate.
Individual nutritional needs vary and you remain responsible for considering allergies, intolerances, medical conditions and other individual requirements.
Supplement Information

Performance Enhancing Drugs and Peptides
Akxellera may discuss steroids, performance enhancing drugs, peptides and related topics from an educational, personal experience or harm reduction perspective.
We do not prescribe, supply or sell prescription medicines or performance enhancing substances.
